Our anti fraud & abuse measures are dynamic and constantly moving to address new behavior we see by malicious actors, in most cases these are targeted measures. We aim at providing cashback for as many types of merchants as possible. When merchants get blocked that are legitimate this is typically the result of the merchant not accurately being setup on their payment processing side.
As a result you might see some of the transactions are not eligible for cashback, it will not affect the cashback already received for the previous months, but will be reflected in the next payout.
