我是按照教程来的，随便选一个套餐，然后取消变成按量计费。但是不是大家说的0.08镑一个短信计费，我就很奇怪，是我的操作问题吗

开通的VOXI首月0£套餐吗？通常是套餐30天过期后充值，发短信保号。这个PAYG的套餐可以网页后台问下客服，转到Vodafone UK是这个价格。

vodafone uk的说法是，只要你在英国本地给+44号码发短信打电话就会自动订购这个2£的无限通话无限短信套餐，虽然我不知道voxi有没有
但是，你好像也没真扣钱吧，充钱之后运营商在短信推销套餐是一种很常见的事情，漫游中国发短信的确是0.08£一条，拉WiFi Calling不要给+44号码发送就行了
